Production Process

ESSEL has a fully automated integrated hose manufacturing process - blown film, compounding, slitting, printing and pipe making. The integrated manufacturing process not only enhances the internal control capability, but also allows R&D innovation to run through all aspects of production of sheets and tubes. At the same time, automated production improves product stability and hygiene, and high efficiency increases the speed of ASRol's response. The responsiveness of changing market demand.

Blown film:The thermoplastic material (such as LDPE, HDPE) is heated, melted, pressed into a film, and finally the film is wound into a film roll of a desired length.

Complex:The film roll (located on the inner and outer layers) and the barrier film (in the middle layer, such as aluminum foil, EVOH, CBL, etc.) are placed in a centered position, and then the film roll and the barrier film are pressed into a composite sheet by a liquid-heated adhesive.

Divide:The composite parent roll is slit into a material of the desired size.

Print:The cut white sheet is passed through a color printing device and a varnish unit, and the UV ink drying system prints the desired product.

Tube:The printed coil is made into a tube required by the customer by trimming, coiling, high-frequency welding of the edge seam and cutting process.

Sheet and printing

ESSELESSEL composite hoses are generally divided into aluminum-plastic composite hoses (with aluminum foil as barrier layer) and all-plastic composite hoses (with plastic barrier materials such as EVOH as barrier layer). Sheet thickness ranges from 175 μm. To 425 microns. In addition, based on the characteristics and requirements of different products, based on the above two basic sheet material types, ESSEL has developed a variety of materialized functional sheets, including high-brightness, anti-counterfeiting, UV-resistant, and sturdy sheets. Products to meet the needs of customers and the market.

In the printing of sheets, ESSEL offers a variety of choices of 1-7 colors. Its excellent color contrast and color-stacking process meet the requirements of various complex printing. For the increasingly fashionable and beautiful needs of product packaging, ESSEL also Provides a variety of printing processes such as matt, pearl, silk, bronzing, and 360-degree full tube printing.

Tube/Tube cover

ESSEL ESSEL uses the current mainstream KMK pipe technology (owned by PSG, Switzerland). Its unique shoulder-shouldering process provides a good shoulder appearance and stable quality. It can range from 8mm to 40mm in diameter and 40mm in length. 240mm composite hose for processing. Current pipe diameter specifications include 13mm, 16mm, 18.5mm, 22mm, 23.5mm, 25mm, 28mm, 30mm, 32mm, 34mm, 35mm, 38mm, 40mm and 50mm. The newly introduced cosmetic hose pipe making equipment provides a number of technical features such as invisible edge seam, large gauge pipe diameter, positioning pipe cover, automatic packaging, etc., which can better meet the requirements of cosmetic hose packaging. Caps for different application markets.

ESSEL offers caps, flips, glands, positioning and a variety of custom caps. At the same time, Aisor will make corresponding investment in equipment, mold and other aspects according to the needs of the market to meet the market requirements for hoses.
